Recuperating from capital surgery, Marius spent weeks in a rehabilitation facility within walking distance of the Königsee, a most beautiful alpine lake in the very southern tip of Germany. the magnificent beauty of the lake and its surrounding nature plus the fact that he had just survived a life-threatening illness led to deep thoughts which eventually spun into the lyrics.
